Ewe - it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I am running a couple of days behind!  I would be willing to bet some of you are as well?  After all tis the season!  Kayte chose as our theme this week to do foods regarding Christmas. There are so many choices out there. I decided to think outside the box and make a little healthy breakfast dessert. You could eat it at anytime of the day. But we chose to add it to our Christmas Eve breakfast as a special treat. It is extremely easy to whip up. It is vanilla yogurt, frozen raspberries, whipped cream and confectioner sugar.  I did not add the confectioners sugar but instead added a teaspoon of peach schnapps just to seem a little more festive!  The name of the dessert is raspberries fool.  Not sure why Ellen Krieger called it that but it is delicious.  We thoroughly enjoyed our little treat and the added sugar was not needed.  You can find the recipe online.
Blessings to your family during this holiday season and happy new year!  Hoping 2017 brings health, happiness and peace to all.

That looks perfect for Christmas...or any time at all! Love your choice, and your Christmas decor. Hope it was all wonderful and the Happiest of New Years to you both! xo

I finally got around to posting my Christmas theme...lol...things are a bit at sixes and sevens as they say around here but I'm trying to catch up a bit. And I used your favorite dishes for the photo...the Christmas dishes we both have! That's always fun for me to know that you have them as well.
